- Measurements of the room(s) – We can help you figure out how to properly measure your space.
- Inspiration photos/style ideas.
- Answers to a Design Survey we will provide to you.

- A moodboard showing furniture, art, and accessories.
- A floor plan showing how to arrange your furniture in a room.
- Elevation plans for the walls detailing art or furniture installation.
- 3D Rendering to help visualize final design.
- A shopping list of all the design elements that can be purchased locally and/or online.
- Budget Breakdown.
- Ideas on making each room personal, tips on repurposing items for your space.
- We can provide these services for local clients as well. They will receive an initial one hour in-home consultation.
How does it work?
After receipt of payment we will begin by contacting you and setting up a shared account (between Birdhouse and You) where you will track the process on the calendar, check your to-do list, upload your photos and measurements, fill out your Design Survey and communicate with Birdhouse.
Finally, you will receive your Design Plan. Rooms are non-refundable, but we certainly want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, we are happy to follow-up with your questions and will find replacements for up to three items.
Please note, there are two options for both online and local designs: 300 square feet and under, and over 300 square feet. Local packages receive one initial in-person consult.
